Prepare two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside. Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a large bowl whisk your flour, salt and baking soda and set aside.
With mixer, mix melted butter and both sugars for about 5 mins, until well incorporated and lighter in colour.
Add your eggs and vanilla and mix for another 2-3 mins.
Take your bowl of dry ingredients and crushed graham crackers and mix until just combined.
Add your chocolate and marshmallows and mix until combined.
With a large scoop, scoop out dough and place onto prepared baking sheets and top with extra chocolate and marshmallows if you like.
Bake for 8-10 mins until edges golden brown.
Let rest on cookie sheets for a few minutes before transferring to cooling rack.
