Ingredients
1cupof soften unsalted butter
½cupof powdered sugar
¼tspof salt
1½tsp of vanilla extract
2¼cups of All Purpose Flour
1cupof mini chocolate chips
1cupof powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and line two baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a mixer cream butter and powdered sugar for about 2-3 mins.
Add the vanilla and mix. Then with mixer on low add the flour and chocolate chips and mix until just combined.
With a small ice cream scoop, scoop out dough and roll into balls. It's about 1 tbsp of dough.
Bake on lined baking sheets for 10 mins.
Once you take them out let them cool for a minute and place in a bowl with the powdered sugar and cover with sugar all over.
Transfer to cooling rack to continue cooling.
Notes
These keep fresh for up to 3 days on counter in and airtight container or in fridge for up to 5 days. You can also freeze these in an airtight container for up to 4 weeks just be sure not to dust them with the powdered sugar. Take them out and once they are at room temp dust them with the powdered sugar.You don't want to over bake them 10 mins is exact time to bake you want them to be soft and melt in your mouth.
